Mr. White is the type of CEO that is trying to clean up the mess he inherited. The pay was pretty decent for my position and I loved working from home. I had great people I worked with and the benefits are great as well.
Cons
Working with the HR department was horrible. The HR director of Culture and Climate is a rude person and will throw you under the bus for an item that didnt involve you. People in departments just want to blame each other instead of saying ok we know this is not efficient, how can we fix it and collaborate. Poor inter department communication. HR does not like when you ask questions (weather clarifying or just trying to push items along) because they want you to stay in your lane at your job even if you are collaborating with them on items.
