      Pros

      The residents, my coworkers, free meals, and the kitchen managers are pretty cool too.

      Cons

      Some residents can be mean, being on my feet for 8 hours, lacking work-life balance, and upper management doesn't know what they are doing. At least it doesn't feel like they do.
