Pros

There are some good people that know what they are doing and even helpful at times.

Cons

The company is small and growing but not learning from its' mistakes. They have a lot of new communities they have acquired in different states that are very different from the ones they've had for awhile. They don't understand the culture they have inherited or how to operate high end communities. They are based in Omaha and do not understand higher costs in different markets. They have a habit of terminating employment with no notice or coaching prior. I was told many times "we do things differently at Dial" but they refuse to learn or grow from feedback. If they continue to bury their heads in the sand, they will eventually falter if not fail.

Pros

At first was the food but it all went down hill from there.

Cons

The first week was just finding out how far behind the facility was in. When need to use the company card to buy materials at the local hardware store the card was always getting declined. This went on for months. The upper management would lie constantly to the residents about things and tell other staff to go along woth it instead of just dealing with the issues. Was understaff the whole time working there ask almost every week when they are hiring someone they kept saying this friday and thay went on for months also. They wanted the room flip asap but gave no time to make rooms flips possible do to time and no man power to complete on tim. Being honest the whole management team besides one need to go and see how its done. The food is a complete joke and no way its getting any better with the poor management leaders that they have. I do strongly believe that family should be able to work in the the company. with that said I aslo dont think the family should be in the management roles due to favoritism and how can you write a complaint if you're family runs the company. There is alot more.
