The residents are great to work for
Cons
No staff, poor pay, no support, no bonuses unless you're the administrator. Never met the upper management. This company won't even let agency staff eat at the building while they are there for single and double shifts. Their values are just words now. It doesn't matter how nice your buildings are, your staff is burnt out.
