Excellent team culture with highly capable, curious people who are great to learn from. Senior management is very reasonable and approachable, which makes collaboration easy and decisions feel thoughtful. The environment encourages growth without burnout, and work-life balance is a real priority here.

Cons

The office space is a bit tight.

I earned the opportunity to lead a team I absolutely enjoy what I do and am grateful for the opportunity that Diamond has given me. We provide customer service and assistance at a park and you meet so many people visiting. It’s simple talking stories and everyone on the team knows all the duties of each area. We are working in all sorts of weather conditions. Rain or shine we are there to assist.

Would be nice to have shelter where we need to assist the visitors.
