I suppose the customers and fellow staff were pros. The benefits were average.

Cons

this company does not care about you. You are clearly only interested in the bottom line. Management is a joke. There is no direction, neither technical nor career.. You will **NOT** move up in this company. There are no lateral movements neither. You should enjoy your current vocation at Digicon. It is all you will ever do.
