reasonable salary, contemporary technical resources although no corporate comprehension of those resources, consequently employees are without support to operate those technologies

Cons

Digicon has no awareness of which employees have competence. Absolutely no corporate employee support or representation. Managers drafted to serve against their will with no managerial training or experience. Terrified, inept supervisors. No training, no resources, no career track. No annual reviews, no organized disciplinary process. Extremely dangerous employee environment.
