      Occasionally provides stock options as part of their employment sign-on or promotion.Employs competent personnel.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees, in any country, regardless of your education/experience and assumed value. Leadership does not maintain the company’s espoused values.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
