      Digital Realty is focused on the near to mid-term future with an enterprise strategy. Everyone from top on down is aligned and communications are solid and frequent to keep everyone informed on progress and what's coming up

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
