      Salaries are in line with the competition. Company has a lot of growth potential.

      Cons

      If you are an older sales person, forget about applying here. The West Coasst management team likes them young so they can train.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
