Pros

- Proud to be the team. Bid range of product to offer to our customer, hyper-scale, scale, scale lite, colocation (although this is strong and much comprehensive in the US) - Able to deal with the Client, Potential Client who is driving the industrial standard, need. - Aggressive company which is expanding and continue to expand

Cons

Big company but like a start-up which is still working on the better approach both internally and externally

Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

Cons

Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
