Cons
DLR has settled down a bit over the past 3 years or so. Acquisitions can really throw the company balance off. We are getting better at the process of integrating new companies but this can be smoother. Weaving teams together and thoughtful analysis of what works best from each company and using that process or product rather than what is cheapest initially. The C-level speaks corporate speak to the outside world and inside. The tactile, day to day work and workload, can really be lost on many above director level.
