Pros
Best in class in the data center business - proud to work for Digital. Organized into logical work groups so cros functional conflict is minimized. Rewarded for effort and results. Industry is growing 20% per year so competition for other's jobs is motivated only career advancement and not fear of losing employment.
Cons
Work can spike do meet customer deadlines - understandable but still can be very exhausting for short period followed by recovery time. Everyone is working very hard at their job and relationship building can be lost in the day to day grind. (See Advice to Management commment)
