      Negligible health insurance for employees No organizational protection for employees against bullying, overtime, age and minority discrimination, thus leading to exhaustion and motivational issues.and much turnover and major expensive local emergencies.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
