      Pros

      Really enjoyed my few months at Digital Realty, Inc. and think that this company has a great culture for pong term commitment. The teams are refreshingly honest with each other, and everyone is very open and willing to share workload. Learned a great deal so far!

      Cons

      It isn't the easiest work, because there's a lot of activity. It's not quite tech company level of rapid development and change, but deals with some if the most complicated parts of the real estate and digital industries. Although its not as busy as public accounting, its busier than the average private accounting role.
