Potential for high commission if you own the accounts that are buying and have product to sell. Lots of free food in the office (Junk food and candy). Team and client dinners and events at high-end venues. Business/1st class international flights and 5 star hotels.
Cons
Senior management that built the company have been replaced under the new regime resulting in a politically toxic culture of manipulation and subterfuge emanating from senior levels. (Think Game of Thrones). No clear direction. A real estate company attempting to convince the market that its a tech company. Staff swiftly marginalized for not drinking the Kool-aid and then disappear. You must prepared to fight internally for your share on every deal or someone will claim a piece.
