      The job security, pay, and benefits are solid. In addition to this, the culture within Digital Realty's operations department is very employee-focused - making it a generally pleasant culture to work in.

      Cons

      Job turnover can be high, due to the industry's rapid development. Training is not great (but improving). Career development paths can be hit or miss.
