      some great sales teams- with really talented people freedom to do your job some great facilities and operations

      poorly designed comp plan disconnected senior management horrible run channel program senior management makes changes to sales culture without consulting direct management

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
