      Unorganized, large company operating as a small start up, unrealistic role expectations, no real onboarding or metrics, unlimited pto is actually very limited, no processes in place, extremely long interview processes

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
