      Pros

      It is a good company to grow in the data centre industry. It's very niche to get into the data centre world but once you're in, it's hard to leave because of how comfortable it can be.

      Cons

      Salary is apparently lower than other major data centre companies. Your 40 hours a week can really depend on your management/team

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
