      Pros

      Good health package, plenty of online support for all aspects of training. Access to LinkedIn training. Plenty of support & appraisal system in place to recognise good work/ teamwork/ initiative. Free Car parking. Subsidised canteen. Coffee/Tea/Fruit/Snacks provided free.

      Cons

      Quite a long process to onboard initially - via the third-party onboard system. Not much room for grey area responses in some roles, due to blanket questions

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
