Pros
The only good thing about Digitas is that they have a sweet holiday calendar. You get around 16 days off just on holidays.
Cons
My experience was from the San Francisco office working in the creative department. To work at Digitas you have to have been in the industry for a while because they don't respect or nurture junior or mid-level employees. Their regulations on how management uses performance plans to fire people are pretty bad. This happened to me twice and in one of the instances, the person that was in charge of reviewing my performance weekly for 45 days only did it once and got away with trying to let me go even though he didn't sit down to tell me what was working and what wasn't. Thankfully another creative leader decided to transfer me to his team, I wish this was a one case scenario but the more time I spent there the more I learned about management doing this to other people in an effort to filter out the people they didn't like. I can count about five people I know had to go through the same. Some were transferred to departments they didn't want to be in and some were let go of. There is heavy favoritism amongst leadership and lots of big egos that are only focused on winning awards and having their names be credited. Oh also, my salary was miserable for living in the Bay Area.
