Pros

Fast Paced, On the Move. Never stagnant. Always something to be working on (at least in technology). Have been understanding in work/life balance to a degree. Situations that arise outside of work, they have been very accomodating with schedule. Organized for the most part. Or more so compared to other agencies i've either worked at or hear stories about from others. There's almost always food around and... drinks. Although there is intensity with project and workload, there's often booze around group meetings/gatherings, so, it takes the edge of. I think it helps. Always learning something on projects. Technology is beginning to be more integrated in creative process again, which is a good thing.

Cons

Can be crazy long hours if project has to short a timeline and there are changes with no ability to delay due date. Seems like it gets more and more political as you get higher up the food chain (but is that even avoidable at any company?). Timesheet nazis. They ask for you to complete your time sheet at like 2 or 3 in the afternoon before you even know when you'll be able to leave the office at times. Could have a wider range of clients. Feel like we have most of the same clients for the 3 plus years been here. New stuff is starting to slowly come in.... but it starts small before it gets distributed to more of agency.

Pros

Like most hold co's - its all dependent on your team, but the people on my team are genuinely kind and smart folks. Plus its Publicis owned, so business is actively being won

Cons

Classic agency stuff, overworked with many 50+ hour weeks. Publicis' current model is to understaff instead of layoff, so basically every team could use another person. Client has a ton of issues which is not on Digitas at all but does impact the experience.
