Pros
-Unlimited PTO -Solid pay -Reasonable hours (I usually work right around 40-43 hours a week which feels reasonable for an agency) -Really smart people all around you -The last 3 years they’ve shut down the company from Christmas-New Years and the full week of thanksgiving -Company keeps winning new clients and growing -They’re totally supportive of fully remote work
Cons
-If you get put on Bank of America it’s not the best time -Company is very poor at promoting (almost all promotions come about a year late from what I’ve seen in my almost 3 years here). You’ll likely get told you’re getting promoted and won’t for many months later -Because of the promotion issue very high turnover. Your team is ever changing -They don’t do raises or bonuses -They preach diversity and inclusion but the majority of employees and management are white (but many female which is good!!) -Overall, great place to work for about a year or two to learn a lot but I wouldn’t stay longer because you’ll be able to make more money elsewhere long before you’ll get promoted
