Pros

-Brand Name -Roster of Clients - Majority of the senior management is diversely accomplished and Ivy-league grads. - "Fun" events inclusion with work culture - Business casuals to even casuals is OK as a dress code.

Cons

- Young people fresh out of just an undergraduate college who gained 2-3 years experience solely at Digitas get promoted to a managerial position. They sorely lack management experience , skills and maturity in dealing with people. As a result the company culture often feels immature , brash and unpolished . - Gossiping and bitching freely behind anyone and everyone's back is OK. Senior management is not an exception by any means to such a callous behavior. - Marketing department often acts as a big bully poking its nose with its high-and-mighty attitude. - No real team bonding or spirit - each out on his/her own. - Poor gender ratio. - Splurge on luxuries and cut on necessities like recruiting more people and hence over-burden employees with work

Pros

Like most hold co's - its all dependent on your team, but the people on my team are genuinely kind and smart folks. Plus its Publicis owned, so business is actively being won

Cons

Classic agency stuff, overworked with many 50+ hour weeks. Publicis' current model is to understaff instead of layoff, so basically every team could use another person. Client has a ton of issues which is not on Digitas at all but does impact the experience.
