      I am only typing here to meet the minimum

      Not sure where to begin? - They take away commission from you for bogus reasons, even if you have already placed the consultant - They definitely know how to micromanage and tell you to 'cover your reqs', but not once has someone sat down and actually taught me how to do something. The only people that have helped me dont even sit in my office. - Our leadership is so bad we've been suspended and kicked out of half of our accounts since I've been here - I would say almost a 100% turnover rate in management. Literally. - I can count the number of genuine manager relationships on one hand. Every placement is through black hole VMS portals. - We've lost so much headcount from being suspended and kicked off of accounts, then they change commission plans every two seconds (for the worse), then wonder why we have about a 90% turnover rate for our top performers

      We are sorry that this opportunity did not work out for you. Our industry is very competitive and requires leadership agility. As a medium-sized company, we have the ability to work with our employees directly, beyond training, to make sure they are successful. If an employee feels that they need more training or help, we encourage each person to reach to their local manager to ask for additional support. Also, we have worked with several of our clients for more than 14 years and have added new accounts as well. As with most industries today, there will be challenges. However, we work hard to build a team that is flexible and able to navigate these challenges and strive for success.       My American dream started when I got a job offer through Diversant. It is undoubtedly the best consultancy in the United States. This company helped me during my toughest period when I was looking for my first job after completing my masters. I would especially like to thanks Brianna Srgo whom I think is the best recruiter I ever met(though we never met face to face lol). They helped me getting my H1b in a first go and they know the difficulties international students have to face during that phase. They fully supported me and were always open to any questions I have to ask for. Again, Brianna came out to be the star performer for this company and made it sure that for specific questions relating to immigration, taxes, etc there are always right people available to answer them. Unlike other companies, they never let me off the hook even when I was not working with them and fully supported me and guided me with all the doubts I was having. The company has a fantastic immigration team led by Shanda and I would like to thank her too for helping me out for various visa relating questions. It was a privilege to work with such a nice company with everything organized. I look forward to working with you guys in the future again. You guys are the best.
