Pros
The company has an effective system of starting one out as a recruiter to learn the leg work of the organization and the delivery teams' role. If you are looking to get into Sales in this organization it is a must if you do not have prior sales experience. I enjoyed building that foundation as a recruiter and then once you have evolved into Account Management you can hit the ground running with the terminology, skill sets, and overall knowledge of IT to be able to sell your candidates to hiring managers. If you prove you have the confidence, personality, and ambition to thrive in a sales atmosphere, there is no stopping you from having a very successful and lucrative career with this company.
Cons
More communication from management during the transitional period from recruiting to sales. The process was a bit unclear; the goals that are to be set for it and a concrete idea of what you will be getting into was vague and discouraging at times. Considering the majority of employees are recent college graduates, I felt there was sometimes a lack of patience from management in getting employees used to and comfortable with the professional setting.
