Pros

Diversant is a great place to begin your career - especially if you want to go into sales or management. Working here has given me a lot of "life skills"; you learn to negotiate rates/salary, how to have difficult, professional conversations with people, how to manage your time and juggle a lot of responsibilities, and how to sit in front of someone who is far more senior than you and really connect with/partner with them - all in a really short time span. The training here is great, and it's all in different forms, from lectures to role plays to job shadowing. The company really seems to want to fully prepare entry-level people to be successful, and spends a lot of time and money investing in new hires to prepare them for the next steps in their career with the company. I can say from my experience, the 6-8 months of recruiting before promotion to account manager has been true - most everyone in my office has been promoted in under 7 months. Diversant is growing really fast, and I've seen a lot of people be given opportunities to move up because we've been opening so many offices. If you work hard and prove yourself, they have the means to help you get where you want to be. They listen to their employees; a bunch of people across the offices have been worried about compensation and wanting a raise, so they implemented a new way to increase your base salary. That was really awesome to see. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better environment to begin my career in right out of college; I've learned a ton here and hope to keep using what I've learned to grow my career here.

Cons

Because the idea is to have recruiters fully trained and ready for account management within 6-8 months, it's a lot of high volume and a lot of work. I feel like it's worth it, and it gets you to where you hopefully want to be much faster than some other staffing companies, but it's definitely not easy.

Pros

My American dream started when I got a job offer through Diversant. It is undoubtedly the best consultancy in the United States. This company helped me during my toughest period when I was looking for my first job after completing my masters. I would especially like to thanks Brianna Srgo whom I think is the best recruiter I ever met(though we never met face to face lol). They helped me getting my H1b in a first go and they know the difficulties international students have to face during that phase. They fully supported me and were always open to any questions I have to ask for. Again, Brianna came out to be the star performer for this company and made it sure that for specific questions relating to immigration, taxes, etc there are always right people available to answer them. Unlike other companies, they never let me off the hook even when I was not working with them and fully supported me and guided me with all the doubts I was having. The company has a fantastic immigration team led by Shanda and I would like to thank her too for helping me out for various visa relating questions. It was a privilege to work with such a nice company with everything organized. I look forward to working with you guys in the future again. You guys are the best.

Cons

Not at all. They are the best
