Pros
No pros to speak of so we'll go with facts instead. The recruiter was great during the interview and onboard process but left for a better company just weeks after that so I never talked to them again and quickly was passed to two other "managers". After that I have not been engaged with unless I reached out and needed something like corrections to time cards or medical selections. When I did it was a fun adventure of the blame game and not listening. My contact/rep does nothing for me accept time card approval. Since I'm not in office or working on anything for the home company directly, I'm nothing more than an income stream to them and they offer nothing in return for my efforts with the placement. The attitude seems to be that they know you'll leave so why do anything to keep you... which seems incredibly odd to me given that that makes you look poor to the clients your finding talent for. Lastly, they recently changed ownership to ACS Solutions who hast the same or lesser reputation when you glassdoor and indeed their reviews Basically, you'll stay with them only until you find a better offer and then quickly jump ship without a second thought... and given that I personally get no less than 2-3 decent offers a week because the industry is desperate for good people willing to work hard.... I doubt you'll celebrate a first anniversary with them.
Cons
Lack of ANY benefits... that you'll find out only after you've signed. Before that they tell you that some are "possibly" available . Lack of direction, involvement, encouragement, etc. You're on your own. You're nothing but a number/revenue stream to them so they will invest nothing in your advancement, loyalty, longevity or even your success which would transfer into their greater success. I've no doubt they'll blame everything on you to the client when you leave them... but... the client I'm with right now, knows exactly how they are and that when possible, their contract won't be renewed unless they change their ways.. which they doubt will happen. Feels so far like just one more typical profit before people, product, process or EVERYTHING company that we all have gotten used to hearing/reading. So your probably not surprised by anything written here.
