Pros
I can almost guarantee your co-workers will become some of your best friends. If you make it into account management, the position gives you the ability to connect with some higher level managers for networking.
Cons
Although there are networking opportunities, you will find this with all staffing companies. Most of the other reviews are pretty spot on- culture can be somewhat like a frat. If you are a favorite, you get away with murder, but that might not last long. Management DOES NOT have your back if anything goes wrong. They rush everything (which leads to VERY sloppy staffing) but when something does go wrong, they are very quick to point the finger. They also promise more money than is possible to make your first few years mostly due to the size of the company and lack of much growth. They make excuses to put people on a "plan" which almost always leads to failure, which allows them to keep ex-employees' commissions. They act like your best friend, but if you take a step in a different direction they completely refuse to give you any help. If it is in your best interest to leave the company for ANY reason, even just for more opportunities or growth, you will NEVER get a letter of recommendation from them, no matter how much money you made the company.
