Pros
Admittedly, I've been with the organization for under a year however DocuSign is the only company I've worked for that seems to truly craft an innovative strategy while putting their employees first. They offer a great work life balance, good growth opportunities, strong benefits, and awesome team members to collaborate with.
Also, I find great satisfaction working a company that changes the way people interact and do business. It's hard to go back to thinking about printing loads of paper to throw a signature on it.
Cons
One of the downsides to date is there is no 401k match which is a benefit that I've come to expect.
