Middle management is poor, Lots of growing pains, Employees moving internally get shorted in salary- promotes "boomerang" employment. Many people leave for much higher pay.

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
