Good benefits, decent office, volunteer day is great, work life balance is pretty good
Cons
No transparency from management, favoritism consumes the sales org, unhealthy and uninspiring competition, no opportunity for growth beyond a linear track, pay is lower than most SDR/BDR SaaS positions, questionable selling values

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We will share your feedback with Loren Alhadeff, our CRO, and Catherine Lee, the HR Business Partner for his team. We also encourage you to reach out to either of them as they are open to learn more about how to improve the employee experience in Seattle.
Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.
Cons
Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
