Pros

They hire great people and have a high level of flexibility when it comes to understanding work/life balance.

Cons

Incredibly low pay for those in sales roles (probably the lowest I've heard of in the tech space) coupled with unrealistic quotas (20% of team is hitting - most of those people are on ramp). DocuSign tends to promote managers that are consistently critiqued and disliked. It's almost as though the less you are liked, the more DocuSign wants to promote you. Culture is toxic, management feeds into this and has a blind kool-aid view as if we are the same company that we were in 2010. News flash - times have changed. Rip the bandaid off and get rid of poor leadership. Literally no training. None. If you are not being promoted internally please do not waste your time interviewing here. If think that jumping into a sales career here is a good move, I promise you it is not. Go elsewhere (you'll absolutely be paid more, have more training, and can almost guarantee you'll have better management). Favoritism, bro-culture.

Pros

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Cons

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
