Pros

Great company. Our CEO is thoughtful and is constantly looking for feedback on how to be better. I believe feedback is taken seriously and changes/actions are taken based on the feedback provided. Good benefits (time off, insurance, etc). Pay is low.

Cons

Pay is low. Promotions or role change can be tricky if you don't want to be in sales. Leadership promotion is questionable as some managers go from individual contributor to manager in a short period of time (less than 8 months) and are very inexperienced.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Dan is exceptional in his absolutely genuine curiosity and openness to feedback of all kinds. He really wants to have the conversations to peel back the onion to see the learnings. Glad to hear you give our benefits team the thumbs up. They do a pretty spectacular job. As for pay, we hope the total package including equity lines up and please know our team constantly reviews pay versus industry benchmark for companies our size and stage. Let's keep shipping and growing ... and we will likely see the adjustments.

Pros

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Cons

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
