Pros

Great Benefits Stock Awards Employee Stock Purchase Program Catered Free lunches, when the office isn't shut down. Free Drinks and Snacks Paternity Leave 4 weeks vacation Work From Home

Cons

Management needs to re-examine their decisions. No promotions within. Promote new hires only. Employee stock awards get smaller and smaller as you work harder and harder. Terrible at Hiring the right people for the job Too many PMs and too many meetings. Less time to work More managers than engineers. Too much dead weight, time to trim the fat. Employees are not valued in certain orgs. All replaceable. Poor Morale

Thank you for your detailed review and your feedback. It’s great to hear you appreciate the full range of benefits. It is true that as we grow and mature as a company, the size of equity grants get smaller in value as the risk/reward trade offs also shift. 6 years ago, the grants were bigger in terms of number of shares, but it wasn’t guaranteed that DocuSign would become a $20-40 billion market cap company. So, the company’s equity grant approach is in line with industry. As for your comments regarding, hiring, too many people, poor morale, thank you for sharing your view. We’d encourage to speak to your manager, HR and also Tom Casey. His door is open, and Tom is intent on creating a best in class Product Development organization.

Pros

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Cons

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
