Pros

Very engaged leadership team with a genuine focus on employee well being. Especially during these bizarre times with Covid 19 and working from home the company is trying to do its best to make things work for all employees by offering new benefits, additional funds for technology expenses, extra time off and programs that alleviate the stress that comes with working in uncertain times and remote. DocuSign has a great collaborative culture where we jointly work to a desired outcome and get the credit as a team, not just one individual. It's a shared success and that is a unique approach. You are hired to do your best work and get a lot of freedom to get your work done with the necessary support when needed. Great benefits such as health benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401k, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, generous time off, Volunteer time off and matching, Wellness benefits, Commute/Parking benefits etc. All in all a very generous package.

Cons

I have a hard time coming up with something, but one thing I would mention is that the business is growing/changing so fast that there is never enough people and time to get the work done, so you have to be smart in managing your time wisely.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Appreciate the time you took to share your detailed thoughts on culture, how our company has responded to COVID-19, benefits, etc. yes, with growth I think each of us is stretched. It's good to bubble up where you see the areas that might be overstaffed with the ones that are understaffed especially as we head into budget season.

Pros

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Cons

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
