      Was great culture, seemed to care about employees when I first started.

      Cons

      Even though only portion of company works with government they are requiring all employees to get vaccinated. Even remote employees who do not in any way work on government contracts. Discrimination to it's finest.

      Thanks for writing a review, and we do care deeply about our employees. The announcement that we as a US federal contractor need to require all US-based employees regardless of location get the COVID-19 vaccination was a difficult one to share as we knew it would impact some of our colleagues. A lot of thought and consideration went into determining how to best comply with Executive Order 14042. Some companies that are federal contractors are taking the same approach as DocuSign, and others are taking a different approach based on their own unique circumstances. So, it’s difficult to compare company approaches. DocuSign cares deeply about all of our employees, and we are doing everything we legally can to be supportive.

      Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

      Cons

      Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
