Pros
CEO is personable, candid, and communicates frequently. Segment leader with a globally recognized brand. Compensation was once market and even premium (now seemingly lags)
Cons
*The personnel situation at middle management is revolving carousel. Even the C-suite reporting structure is continually "optimized." *Weeks could go by without any 1 on 1 check-ins with your manager, only to learn that she no longer works at the company. *The amount of manual processing, lack of automation and system immaturity is shocking. There is an absence of a sustained vision for anything other than the direct sales model. *Many got stock drunk at $300+ per share, but are having a post-pandemic epiphany (when share price is halved) that the likelihood of personnel success and professional development is actually quite low. *It wasn't always this bad, but its like this now in certain groups. *HR is a nightmare team perhaps due to overwork from continually revising org chart revisions. Remote onboarding, separations, and the inconsistent and shifting WFH approach all give a negative impression. *You are told internal referrals are valued, but there is no emphasis whatsoever credited to internal referrals. Quality referrals that get rejected at DocuSign end up hired at FAANG. Mind boggling
