Pros
The promotional path at a Docusign is unlike any other company. They promote from within constantly and value their internal talent. The leadership team is just awesome, just amazing GOOD HEARTED people that truly care about their employees and make an effort. I’ve worked at 4 other tech companies and this is just the best one. In culture, in leadership, and a product that people love.
Cons
As much as layoffs suck… it was needed. We’re still a little unsure about the new leadership (C level) team… I do feel as if Allan loves engineers and doesn’t care as much about sales but they’ve at least put programs through trying to help sales. The internal processes to get orders done can be VERY cumbersome but overall the cons are not bad compared to other places.
