Pros
When you have worked so hard to accomplish something and you finally did, with all the work and people pulling against you, working and helping nice people
Cons
You get hardly any hours...DG thinks less hours is best so its one person to a shift...then your being yelled at that product is not stocked but when you work alone you cant stock shelves...you dont get meal breaks but get in trouble for not taking a lunch when you are alone....you try and eat when there are no customers and it can be hard. You dread corporate coming in because they yell and complain that nothing is done, but when you have a bad team and skeleton crew and a huge store you are only person and cant do everything but they expect it to be done or you are fired. Lots and lots of mental and emotional harrassment from this company. They do not help employees and do not hire the best employees which in turn make it hard for the ones that are trying their best.
