Pros
Unfortunately not much to say that’s good other than. If you can’t find a job it’s job you can get until you find the another job .
Cons
If you go in for a interview ask how many people have quite in the last year...... that will tell you a lot. They expect you to run or be open to run appointments from 730 until 6pm... so you get home at 730 or 9pm depending where your last sales call is. Door pro is contracted with Costco. So you will run Lots of appointments which includes no shows and they try to make you go to appointments that are not confirmed. The Costco member is told that a rep will come out even if they only want a idea of what a new garage door is. They think the sales reps are paid to give free estimates but that’s not true. You don’t get paid for any no shows appointments It’s 100% commission at 6% which is a complete joke. The national sales manager works with the sales reps and is based out of Virginia. Extremely unprofessional. The cfo who does payroll. Never pays out commission correctly. The commission has lots of different deductions. If you have to take this job. I recommend to screen out leads and only go to appointments you think are good potential. Good luck
