      Pros

      Amazing medical insurance, discounts on dining, free rooms at properties (although not very easy to use). The name is also good to show on your resume.

      Cons

      Terrible pay for a five start hotel! Absolutely no growth within the company. Instead of promoting competent and eager employees they hire outside candidates. Pretty standard American business practices nowadays!
