Pros
-Bonuses -Decent Wages -Convenient Location -Easy Types of Projects and Building Style (essentially large homebuilders)
Cons
-A very weird, dated office culture. Ties and dress clothes everyday for the men. Women have been sent home to change because they are in violation of the "dress code". It's management style is very authoritarian and impractical (read: cult like). Every time one the management staff read a book on how to run a business, a new company goal or focus is established. -Do your research on these guys. Look on LinkedIn to see how long their staff has been there. Call local subcontractors before you interview. But most importantly, read into what the other reviews are telling you. "Fast paced", "lots of responsibility", and "sink or swim" are the politically correct way of saying : "not enough time to do your job" , "overwhelmed at all times", and "hire and fire mentality". -This is a classic example of a company that puts profit in front of relationships and integrity.
