      Generally nice people to work with

      Cons

      Company vision is just "growth" with no real direction. Leadership seems to operate by gut feel. Constant back and forth. Sales doesn't understand the market, so Engineering is constantly pulled back and forth every time a customer comes up with a new request. Biggest issue is the company uses layoffs to meet financial targets, so we're constantly understaffed to meet the ever increasing demands.

      Some of the staff were friendly

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
