      Employees are very friendly and some of the leads are good to work with!

      Cons

      Management here is horrible. They make up what ever rules as they go. One minute vacation is for what ever reason you need to miss work the next it’s a 24 hour notice… People have kids! Management is manipulative and treat anyone under them like they don’t know anything. Just go to one of their town halls it’s gross… Better opportunities out there for companies that will respect you!

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
