Pros
honestly, the pay is low, the stress is high and the retention rate is very low .. the only reason to be an employee here, is to use it as a stepping stone to something better. The company tends to hire new employees for higher positions, instead of promoting from within.
Cons
The company doesn't know how to manage its departments. Sadly, hard work and determination is often overlooked. The sales team consists of employees that are friends and those who don't fit in the with them are outcasted. The parts department tends to operate with the notion that 'every man for himself' and the managers are no different.
