Pros
I cannot think of any.
Cons
Contact recruiters that work in the area. This company has a terrible reputation, and many corporate recruiters are no longer willing to place candidates here as a result. -3 rounds of layoffs in the year that I was there. -Total lack of leadership, vision, or direction from senior management. -Parent company Dover is too involved in a business and industry they do not understand. -Goals are set based on what will look good on a financial statement, not what is realistic or achievable in the marketplace or in the current business environment. -Projects are regularly started as high priority, then abandoned 3-6 months later. -No long term business plan or vision. Financial reporting and forecasting are done on a monthly basis, and no one is looking past next quarter's financial statement. Projects are deemed unimportant if they can't show a top line impact in 3 months. This means long term improvements are never made, and the same root level problems will continue to reoccur on a regular basis. -Company does not understand its own product, or what variables drive customer choice in the marketplace. -Job description changed multiple times in one year. -Manager changed 6 months after recruitment. -Extremely high employee turn over rate, like I have never seen anywhere else.
