Pros
Realistic work pace and expectations. Great coworkers, and decent working environment. There's room to advance... to a point.
Cons
No training program or plan for technical people. I'm a little stunned at how little effort is put into growing internal talent. They won't stop you from growing on your own, but don't expect to tap into the knowledge that may be working around you. Upper management seems unable to formulate a workable market strategy. The company has all the ingredients to succeed, but lacks a communicated vision or direction that reaches the trenches.
