      Doesn't value employees. Doesn't have training programs in place to allow employees to grow. Witnessed ~40% of engineering team cut with less than 2 weeks notice in 2018.

      Some of the staff were friendly

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
